Day:

Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries) Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually Web pricing and discount management Ensure property is maintained to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects Drive auction process Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring:
