House Manager Beverly Hills, CA $150,000 Private family is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Beverly Hills residence. This role requires strong leadership, discretion, and the ability to manage household staff, vendors, and property systems with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee household staff and ensure seamless coordination across multiple teams Conduct regular property walkthroughs and manage all repairs, preventative maintenance, and home improvement projects Lead vendor relationships end-to-end, including sourcing, vetting, contract oversight, scheduling, and invoice review Manage household inventory, supplies, and budgets while maintaining cost efficiency Oversee the care, handling, and documentation of fine art and valuable objects Provide personal support including calendar management, reservations, travel coordination, gifting, errands, and specialty services Partner with event planners and service teams to ensure the home is always guest-ready and events are executed seamlessly
