We are hiring a n exceptional Senior Property Manager for our upscale, luxury 78-unit apartment community in the Los Angeles area.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am to 5 pm with flexibility to work weekends as needed. What You will do This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to act as the chief executive of the property, responsible for providing a 5-star resident experience while driving financial performance. As a hands-on leader, you will ensure property standards with your maintenance staff and concierge services to build lasting resident relationships. You will overcome challenges and address emergencies with composure, flexibility and efficiency. Must balance high-touch customer service with the operational discipline required for a Class A asset.
What You Bring Property Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in conventional, luxury, or Class-A on-site property management, with experience in high-rise communities (100+ units preferred).
High-End Asset Management:
Proven experience with high-end amenity management, and maintaining superior curb appeal.
Leadership & Team Management:
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a team, including leasing professionals and maintenance staff.
Financial & Budgetary Acumen:
Strong experience with P&L accountability, budget preparation, variance reports, and maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI).
Luxury Service Background:
Experience providing high-touch service, tailored resident concierge services, and managing elite resident expectations.
Software Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of property management software, typically Yardi Voyager, RealPage, or similar, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, often requiring interaction with prospects, residents and management team.
Certifications:
Certifications such as ARM (Accredited Residential Manager), CPM (Certified Property Manager), or CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) are highly favored. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Our Benefits That Benefit You We encourage a vibrant and fun work environment and growth opportunities.
