Now hiring a Property Manager for a HUD / Project-Based Section 8 apartment community in Chico, CA! Bring your HUD compliance expertise to a community that makes a difference. What you'll do: Oversee daily operations and lead the on-site team Manage HAP contract compliance, TRACS submissions, and EIV Complete annual and interim recertifications and keep files audit-ready Prepare for Management & Occupancy Reviews (MOR) and handle rent collection What we're looking for: 1•3 years managing HUD / Project-Based Section 8 properties Knowledge of TRACS, EIV, and HUD recertification requirements Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage) COS, NAHP, or BOS certification a plus
