This full-time position is located in a bustling commercial real estate environment and offers a rewarding opportunity to grow in the property management field.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Property Manager in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the property. Coordinating tenant communications and addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. Maintaining accurate records of property expenses, lease agreements, and other related documentation. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets. Ensuring compliance with property regulations and safety standards. Supporting the Property Manager in planning and executing property events and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in property management or related field is a plus.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
Benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% employer-paid) after 60 days. 401(k) eligibility after 90 days. 9 paid holidays. Up to 10 vacation days (accrue after 30 days, use after 90 days). 5 paid sick days after 90 days.
