JMK Investments, Inc. is a property management company based in Santa Clara, CA, currently owning and/or operating over 2,000 apartment units throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Our goal is to have happy renters, successful properties, and a streamlined business model. To help us with this goal, we are looking for a team player who can help us meet or exceed occupancy goals through great customer service, marketing, and sales skills. About the
Job:
This is a community with a unit count of 80 Manages a team of 1+ employees and provides unit tours with prospective residents Answer phone calls and emails from current and prospective residents Update and maintain prospective resident contact database Billing Responsible for all Move in, Move out and Renewal procedures Manages team on verification, and screening of prospects Regularly complete market surveys Manages marketing of available units General administrative support Special projects as assigned
About You:
High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Real Page and One-Site experience required. Self-starter who is determined to get the job done and takes pride in their work Excellent customer service, positive leadership and maintains a professional appearance Detail oriented with great organizational skills Must work weekends We'd love to hear from you!
