This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who understands that great security is also great customer service. SCHEDULE & PAY

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Starting at $22.00/hr

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage access control at the gated community entrance Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a professional, welcoming attitude Maintain security standards while delivering hospitality-level service Supervise and support officers on post Communicate clearly with residents, management, and your team Document and report incidents, concerns, or unusual activity Keep the post organized, consistent, and professionally run at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid California Guard Card (required) Security supervisory, post commander, or lead officer experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and calm, confident demeanor Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable in a residential or gated community environment Gatehouse, concierge, or hospitality-style security experience is a plus This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in running a tight, professional post and understands that how you treat residents matters just as much as security protocol.
