We focus on delivering investment-driven results for property owners across the United States while also expanding into real estate investment and development sectors. Currently, our company actively operates properties in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, and Dallas. With rapid nationwide growth, we are continuously expanding across both the East and West Coasts. Future markets including Boston, Washington D.C., Miami, and Seattle are already under active discussion with investors and property owners. All applicants must hold at least a Bachelor's degree. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Property Manager to assist with both short-term and long-term rental operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, customer service experience, and a genuine interest in the property management industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, technology-driven, and capable of handling both online and in-person operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage both short-term rental (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.) and long-term rental properties Conduct in-person property inspections before listings go live Handle online customer service and guest/tenant communication throughout the day Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and vendors Work with city building departments and assist with permits, inspections, and compliance matters Monitor property conditions and report operational issues Assist with listing management, pricing updates, and calendar coordination Maintain organized records and operational reports Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and communication Qualifications Strong interest in the property management and real estate industry Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Customer service experience preferred Property management experience preferred Familiar with the short-term rental industry and how Airbnb-style operations work Comfortable using technology and AI tools such as ChatGPT Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Why Join US?
