Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM Work About the Opportunity We are seeking a Roving Property Manager to support our South San Diego County portfolio . This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple communities, build strong relationships with our teams, and gain valuable exposure to different property operations within our portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to support multiple communities while gaining valuable experience within a well-established property management team . What You'll Do Collect rent and maintain accurate resident and property records Lease available units in compliance with Fair Housing regulations Provide exceptional customer service to residents Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and service needs Partner closely with Maintenance and Landscaping teams Support occupancy goals and provide regular updates to management Communicate effectively with a diverse resident population Assist with day-to-day operations across multiple communities as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Minimum 3 years of property management experience preferred; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience may also be considered 5+ years of customer service experience required Bilingual skills in Spanish or Arabic strongly preferred; multilingual abilities are a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt and support multiple communities Physical & Work Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Must be able to give property tours Ability to lift up to 20 lbs , bend, kneel, reach, and navigate stairs Comfortable traveling between multiple properties Ability to work in various weather conditions
