El Cerrito, CA 94530 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Credit Leasing Professional to join our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced lease‑up environment and has a strong understanding of LIHTC compliance, resident qualification, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage all leasing activities for a new lease‑up community Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospects Process applications and verify eligibility according to LIHTC (Tax Credit) guidelines Ensure all files meet compliance standards and are audit‑ready Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and community engagement Maintain accurate records, reports, and leasing documentation Support move‑ins, renewals, and resident relations Collaborate with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and compliance goals Requirements Minimum 3 years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) leasing experience Lease‑up experience required Strong understanding of income qualification, compliance rules, and file preparation Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar preferred) Professional, organized, and detail‑oriented Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
