Compensation:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses

What You Will Do:

Support day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, and financial performance Greet and engage prospects and residents, providing exceptional customer service Conduct apartment tours, identify needs, overcome objections, and close leases Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies Manage lease renewals and maintain strong resident retention Collect and post rent, assist with delinquency management, and support eviction processes as needed Respond to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and urgency Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a positive and productive work environment Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure timely communication and service Support overall property goals, occupancy, and resident satisfaction

What You Will Bring:

1+ years of experience in multifamily housing Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills Positive, professional, and engaging communication style Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Experience with Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM systems preferred Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance Valid driver's license required Why Work for
