Housing provided + monthly stipend (based on experience) About the Role Par Excellanz Transitional Housing is seeking a responsible, structured, and compassionate Live-In House Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential transitional living home. This role is ideal for someone experienced in structured housing environments, recovery settings, or social services who can maintain accountability, safety, and stability for residents. This is a live-in position , and the selected candidate will reside on-site. Key Responsibilities Enforce house rules, including curfew, sobriety expectations, and guest policies Monitor resident behavior and ensure a safe, respectful living environment Conduct intake and orientation for new residents Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and communication updates Address and de-escalate conflicts between residents Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of shared spaces Communicate regularly with ownership/management regarding house operations Respond to emergencies and maintain safety protocols Qualifications Experience in transitional housing, sober living, case management, or residential programs preferred Strong leadership and boundary-setting skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Organized and detail-oriented (documentation is required) Reliable, responsible, and consistent CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Requirements Must pass background check Must be able to live on-site full-time Must be available for on-call responsibilities as needed Commitment to maintaining a structured and supportive environment Compensation & Benefits Private or semi-private room included Monthly stipend (based on experience) Opportunity to grow within a developing housing program Meaningful work supporting individuals in transition This is a live-in position that allows you to maintain outside employment, as your primary responsibility is to ensure house rules are followed, while receiving free rent and a monthly stipend. Important Note This role requires strong boundaries, consistency, and accountability . The House Manager is responsible for maintaining structure within the home and ensuring all residents follow program guidelines.
