Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Advertise and market available properties to attract prospective tenants
• Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
• Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
• Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary
• Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information
• Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations regarding property management Requirements
• Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of office administration and property management software (CMMS)
• Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
• Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
• Understanding of property leasing laws and regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in facilities management is desirable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to tenants
