Assistant Property Managers are Responsible for assisting the manager in managing daily operations of the property, including supervising team members and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals with a minimum 2+ years of Conventional Property Management is required. Duties and Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and show units Handles all walk-ins, telephone inquiries, on-line leads and other potential sales opportunities in a timely manner Review applications ensuring that they are accurate and legible Markets the property Assist with move-in/move-out physical process including walk-thru with residents Assist with lease renewals Assist with move out dispositions Assist Property Supervisor/Site Manager with projects as needed Maintains positive relationships with prospects, residents, vendors and fellow employees Collection of rents Unit turnover scheduling Job Requirements Excellent communication and time management skills Willingness to commit to regular attendance Great attitude and high amount of flexibility Bi-lingual or, Realpage a plus
