A person with several years' experience in property management and tenant relations is required. This person will oversee all aspects of our rental properties, maintenance, interacting with vendors and tenants. Experience in accounting procedures would include inputting invoices, paying bills, depositing payments and other record keeping tasks. Organizational and workflow coordination experience needed as this individual oversees compliance of state regulated programs, as well as the workflow of the business.

Pay:

$24.00 per hour
