This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in low-income/affordable housing programs who is passionate about providing quality housing and maintaining compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the property, including leasing, occupancy, and tenant relations Ensure compliance with low-income housing regulations (HUD, Tax Credit, or other applicable programs) Process applications, certifications, and recertifications accurately and timely Handle rent collections, delinquencies, and payment plans Maintain accurate tenant files and documentation Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution Conduct property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns professionally Qualifications Proven experience as a Property Manager in low-income or affordable housing (required) Strong knowledge of housing compliance regulations (HUD, LIHTC, etc.) Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in property management software is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay ($20-$22/hr) Stable, full-time opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a positive impact in the community If you have a passion for housing management and experience working with affordable housing programs, we'd love to hear from you! >>> Apply today! #
