Overview Chambers Property Management is seeking a dependable and hands-on Onsite Property Manager to help oversee the daily operations of one of our residential properties in Fresno, CA. This is an in-person role for someone who is organized, proactive, professional with tenants, and comfortable handling both operational responsibilities and light property upkeep. The ideal Onsite Property Manager understands how to keep a property running smoothly while maintaining strong tenant communication and property appearance. We are looking for an Onsite Property Manager who takes ownership of the property, communicates well, and helps ensure the property stays clean, functional, and well-managed. Responsibilities Collect tenant rent payments Conduct unit showings for prospective tenants Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds Monitor and maintain laundry room/common areas Deliver notices, invoices, and property-related documents Coordinate vendor access to the property Meet with city inspectors, vendors, and contractors as needed Report maintenance or tenant issues to management Assist with general day-to-day property operations Preferred Qualifications Previous property management, apartment leasing, or onsite manager experience preferred Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation Basic computer and smartphone skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Huge Plus Maintenance or handyman experience Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshooting Ability to identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems What We're Looking For The ideal Onsite Property Manager is: Dependable and punctual Professional with tenants and vendors Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities Self-motivated and proactive Responsive and solution-oriented Compensation Off half rent : 3 bed 2 bath unit.
