Job Description

Residential Property Supervisor Fresno, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (some evenings required)
Pay:
$68,000/year + Medical, Life Insurance, 401(k), & Monthly Car Allowance We are partnering with a long-standing, reputable Property Management Company in Fresno to hire a Residential Property Supervisor. This role is based in-office at their corporate headquarters and requires regular travel to various properties throughout the Fresno/Clovis region. Occasional evening hours will be needed to attend board or community meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple residential properties Support and train on-site property staff and managers Coordinate property maintenance needs and vendor services Ensure timely completion of work orders and repair requests Work with HOA Boards and attend board and community meetings Assist with tenant relations, compliance, and rule enforcement Maintain property standards to promote strong occupancy and resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior residential property management experience overseeing multiple properties is required Strong knowledge of leases, property regulations, and HOA processes Able to effectively multitask, prioritize, and follow through on deadlines Professional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Valid CA Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and insurance (car allowance provided) Independent, proactive, and confident working with minimal supervision INDHP
