Compensation & Housing Package This position offers a unique compensation package that includes:
Base Salary:
$25,000 annually
Monthly Performance Bonus Opportunity:
Up to $9,600 annually based on rent collections and property performance
On-Site Housing:
Spacious 2-bedroom apartment for only $600 per month When considering the value of the discounted housing benefit and bonus opportunity, the total compensation package can exceed $55,000 annually, depending on market rental value and performance incentives. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a 52-unit apartment community
- Market and lease available units
- Conduct property tours and respond to prospective resident inquiries
- Review rental applications, credit reports, and background screenings
- Select qualified residents in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines
- Collect rent and monitor delinquency reports
- Maintain accurate resident and property records
- Prepare and submit reports to ownership and management
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well-maintained at all times
