compliance Keep resident files audit‑ready for TCAC and investor reviews Manage PBV/TBV vouchers and HAP tracking Drive leasing performance, reduce vacancies, and manage waitlists Oversee budget, P&L, and NOI‑focused business plans Ensure compliance with California landlord‑tenant laws, AB 1482, and Fair Housing Support onsite teams and partner with maintenance on unit turns and property standards
