Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Job Summary Glendale Property Management is currently seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations, schedule repairs, and ensure our managed properties are well-maintained. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in maintenance, and must be great with following up on tasks. Responsibilities Receiving maintenance requests, troubleshooting, and dispatching appropriate vendors Explaining issues to vendors and providing them necessary info Coordinating/Scheduling repair work with residents and vendors Communicating with residents to provide continuous updates Following up on work orders to ensure completion and resident satisfaction Determining appropriate responses to emergency repair requests Obtaining multiple estimates for certain repairs Communicating with property owners Inspecting and photographing repair work as needed Checking prices to determine if they are reasonable and competitive Finding and establishing relationships with new vendors Monitoring repair requests submitted after hours and addressing them if urgent Documenting all repairs, ensuring before-and-after photos are recorded Exploring local city programs for Capital Improvement projects and potential funding opportunities Meeting inspectors for housing inspections Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Must know how to use Appfolio, Yardi, or any cloud-based property management software, NO

Must be computer literate, including use of Windows, MS Office, NO

Must have knowledge about major components of apartment buildings Must have experience in the property management or real estate industry Must have own vehicle in good condition and be able to travel to properties regularly
