Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized, service-oriented Admin Assistant & Community Manager for a contract/temporary opportunity supporting a residential community association in Goleta, CA. This role is a strong fit for an experienced administrative professional, Assistant Community Manager, or property management professional who enjoys resident communication, operational coordination, records management, and supporting a well-run community environment. The Admin Assistant & Community Manager will work closely with community leadership, residents, vendors, committees, and Board members to help keep daily operations moving smoothly. This opportunity offers a collaborative, resident-focused setting with supportive leadership, professional growth potential, and the chance to build valuable experience in HOA, community association, and property management operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, vendors, visitors, and community stakeholders.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, service requests, correspondence, and administrative follow-up in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, Board packets, draft minutes, committee communications, and related documentation.
  • Maintain association records, administrative files, occupancy documentation, and resident onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, inspections, work orders, and project tracking.
  • Assist with invoice processing, reporting, budget administration, special projects, and day-to-day operational support. Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation:
    $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Employment Type:
    Full-Time, Contract/Temporary.
