Community Manager PTLA Real Estate Group - 3.3 Hayward, CA Job Details Full-time $30 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Vendor relationship building Spanish English Live-in employment Full Job Description Job description: PTLA Real Estate Group is looking for a Community Manager to take over two apartment communities (total 89 units) in its portfolio! This position is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating activities and available resources to maximize the successful operation of the property, with a heavy emphasis on leasing and resident service. This position works closely with property owners and upper management to meet property objectives and operating performance.
Pay:
$30.00 per hour
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Two different properties, so reliable transportation is required Must live onsite at designated property Bilingual in Spanish required
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manages core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, vendor relations, etc Works closely with the Portfolio Manager to achieve optimum new lease and renewal pricing Develops strategies and executes action plans to align property goals with company goals Exhibits role model behavior in customer service and professionalism Oversees community administrative and reporting functions; partners with Accounting Department to ensure accurate financial reporting Maintains property cleanliness and curb appeal Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing and Employment laws. Ensures the same level of compliance from all team members. Completes additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Portfolio Manager

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of property management and leasing experience Experience with Entrata property management system a plus Customer service experience
