Job Description:
The Role Our Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the strategic and financial performance of assigned assets, working closely with ownership and operating partners to drive value, manage risk, and execute business plans. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day and long-term performance of a real estate portfolio Analyze financials, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports Partner with property management, leasing, and asset management teams Identify opportunities to increase NOI and asset value Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and capital projects Prepare clear reporting and recommendations for ownership Qualifications 5+ years of experience in real estate portfolio or asset management Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills Experience across multiple asset types preferred Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High level of discretion and professionalism Strong command of portfolio-level KPIs, including NOI growth, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, occupancy, and expense ratios Highly data-driven; able to interpret dashboards, financial models, and trend analysis to inform decisions Experience building, tracking, and reporting performance metrics across multiple assets Proven ability to use data to identify underperforming assets and execute corrective strategy Why This Opportunity Stable ownership with a long-term hold strategy Meaningful responsibility and visibility Competitive compensation package Growth-oriented environment
