Job Description
Job Summary Konocti Shores is a 98 space recreational mobile home park that sits on the 1/4 mile of shoreline. We are seeking a versatile On-Site Property Manager/Handy Man to oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and assist with tenant relations at our residential community/resort. This role combines hands-on maintenance responsibilities with a small amount of administrative oversight, ensuring the property remains safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess a strong background in property management and facilities upkeep. Duties Perform routine property maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition including laundry rooms, boat docks, equipment, tools, irrigation Supervise and assist grounds maintenance employees. Work with and coordinate vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades of well , septic and other infrastructure. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with administrative tasks. On Call 24/7 for emergencies Skills Proven experience in property management Proficiency with computer software including email, spreadsheets. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities Ideal candidate has boating experience and can swim. Compensation includes rent concessions and utilities. This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys the outdoors and lake life.
