Senior Property Manager - Luxury Residential Portfolio Foundation Homes Property Management Kentfield, CA (Primarily In-Person with Some Flexibility) Full-Time | 40 hours/week $90,000 - $120,000+ (DOE + portfolio size) + Bonus Potential Generous PTO About the Role Foundation Homes is a boutique, tech-forward property management brokerage serving high-end residential clients throughout Marin County. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury single-family homes and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in proactive communication and operational excellence. What You'll Do You will manage a portfolio of approximately 70-100 luxury single-family homes , acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners while coordinating internal team members and vendors. Client & Portfolio Management Serve as the main point of contact for homeowner clients Provide proactive, detail-oriented communication and guidance Oversee onboarding of new properties Operations & Team Leadership Coordinate daily operations with internal team members (Assistant PM + Maintenance Coordinator) Follow and continuously improve internal workflows and systems Manage high-volume communication efficiently and professionally Leasing & Property Oversight Oversee marketing and leasing of vacant properties Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and tenant transitions Conduct annual inspections and coordinate property turnovers Maintenance & Project Management Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors Manage larger projects, bids, and timelines Respond to and resolve urgent issues as needed Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations Handle lease enforcement, notices, and coordination with legal counsel when necessary What Success Looks Like Your portfolio is well-managed, compliant, and operating smoothly Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in your management You contribute positively to team collaboration and process improvement Minimum Qualifications Active California Real Estate License (DRE) Minimum 2+ years of residential property management experience (single-family homes preferred) Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software Familiarity with CAR/CAA forms, ZipForms, and DocuSign Industry designations (CCRM, CAA, RMP, MPM) a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus opportunities Health benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options) 401(k) Generous PTO + paid holidays Professional development opportunities Team events and company-sponsored activities Work Environment We are a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values: Accountability and follow-through Clear, consistent communication Continuous improvement Supporting one another in a fast-paced environment How to Apply To be considered, please complete our application and submit all requested materials via the link below: Step #1 Take the free DISC assessment : https://www.tonyrobbins.com/disc/ and send us the results with the application below.
