This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a thorough understanding of HUD and Tax Credit compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations and ensure high standards of resident service Lead and supervise leasing and on-site staff Manage resident applications, screenings, move-ins, and move-outs Ensure compliance with HUD, Project-Based Section 8, and Tax Credit regulations Conduct annual recertifications, maintain tenant files, and manage waitlists Monitor property compliance and ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee rent collections Build positive relationships with residents and promptly address concerns Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure service requests and property upkeep are completed efficiently Work with vendors and contractors on maintenance and capital improvement projects Prepare and submit reports and required documentation to ownership and regulatory agencies Qualifications 3+ years of property management experience Minimum 2 years of experience managing HUD and/or Tax Credit housing communities Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance regulations Experience with budgeting, rent collections, and financial reporting Proven leadership and team management experience Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
