Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Onsite HOA Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of a residential community association. This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, ensuring the community is maintained in accordance with governing documents, policies, and applicable lawsAbout Assembly:

Assembly's culture values ownership, accountability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Board Support & Governance Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners Prepare board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes Implement board decisions and enforce governing documents (CC&Rs, rules, and regulations) Provide guidance to the Board on operational and compliance matters Operations & Maintenance Oversee daily operations of the community Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff Conduct regular property inspections and ensure common areas are well maintained Manage work orders and maintenance requests Financial Management Assist with budget preparation and monitoring Review and approve invoices; track expenses against budget Coordinate with accounting for assessments, collections, and financial reporting Monitor reserve projects and capital improvements Homeowner Relations Respond to homeowner inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Communicate community updates, policies, and notices Facilitate dispute resolution when necessary Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws (e.g., Davis-Stirling Act) Manage violation enforcement processes Assist with insurance claims and risk mitigation efforts Administrative Duties Maintain association records and files Coordinate document requests (e.g., escrow, resale disclosures) Manage correspondence and community communicationsQualifications:
3+ years of HOA property management experience preferred Knowledge of HOA governing documents and California HOA law (Davis-Stirling Act) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesPreferred Certifications:
CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® designation (or willingness to obtain)Work Environment:
Onsite position within the community will require monthly evening board meetings Interaction with residents, vendors, and board members on a daily basisCompensation:
