Luxury Property Manager | Hollywood, CA ✨ Are you a high-energy Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment? We are seeking a polished, organized, and service-driven Property Manager to lead operations at a 150+ unit luxury apartment community located in the heart of Hollywood. This is an opportunity to lead a premier asset in one of Los Angeles' most dynamic neighborhoods while working for a growing real estate company that values professionalism, accountability, urgency, and team culture. What You'll Be Responsible For Luxury Property Operations Lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury apartment community. Maintain impeccable curb appeal and ensure the property always presents at a Class A standard. Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant apartment homes for quality and readiness. Partner closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure service requests are completed quickly and professionally. Ensure residents receive timely follow-up and outstanding customer service. Manage vendors, contracts, inspections, and property projects. Prepare for ownership walks, lender inspections, insurance inspections, and city inspections. Financial Performance & Asset Management • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, collections, and resident retention. Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting with a strong ownership mindset. Review monthly financials and assist with budget preparation and forecasting. Approve invoices, monitor accounts payable, and maintain expense control. Ensure all rents, deposits, and resident transactions are accurately entered into Yardi. Oversee delinquency management and collection efforts. Leadership & Team Development • Lead, coach, and motivate onsite team members. Create a culture focused on urgency, accountability, professionalism, and resident satisfaction. Conduct team meetings, training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Recruit, interview, and develop top talent. Ensure the team maintains high standards in customer service, leasing, operations, and presentation. Marketing & Leasing Maintain strong knowledge of the Hollywood market and competing communities. Utilize social media, online marketing, and outreach strategies to drive traffic and leases. Support leasing efforts and ensure the team practices strong closing techniques. Help create resident events and experiences that build community engagement. What We're Looking For ✅ Previous Property Manager experience in a Luxury Apt Community with a minimum of 7 years experience ✅ Experience managing 150+ unit apartment communities a must ✅ Strong leadership and team management skills ✅ Strong knowledge of budgeting, collections, and financial reporting ✅ Previous Yardi experience a must ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✅ Professional appearance and polished presentation required ✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment ✅ Strong organizational and follow-through skills ✅ Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word Extra Pay, The Fun Stuff • Eligible for Quarterly Property Manager Bonuses Eligibility for monthly property bonuses Eligibility for a year-end bonus The Good Stuff, Your Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage Employer paid life insurance Short term and long term disability Accident and hospital insurance 401K Vacation, sick time and with company paid holidays, you receive 23 paid days of paid time off in your first year!
