Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a multifamily residential portfolio in West Hollywood, California. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive property performance, support site teams, and maintain high standards across operations and resident service. The successful candidate will bring strong property management knowledge, comfort working in AppFolio, and the ability to manage a sizable apartment portfolio effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations for a regional portfolio of approximately 500 to 1,000 multifamily residential units.
  • Guide and support on-site property teams to ensure consistent execution of leasing, resident relations, and building operations.
  • Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operating results, and take action to improve overall asset performance.
  • Review property budgets, expenses, and financial reports to help maintain fiscal accountability across the portfolio.
  • Use AppFolio to track property activity, review performance data, and support efficient management processes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate property conditions, operational standards, and team effectiveness.
  • Partner with maintenance and vendor teams to help ensure timely resolution of property issues and service needs.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and established operational procedures.
