1130 OBrien Drive, Menlo ParkThe Account Manager demonstratesexceptional communication skills, strong horticulturalexpertise, and proven ability to deliver outstanding services to discerning clients. This role requires a keen eye for quality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships with sophisticated clientele.

Leadership and Talent ManagementLead, train, and develop Crew Leaders and maintenance staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development and retention.

Recruit, hire, and onboard team members.

Ensure adherence to procedures, documentation, and company policies.

Client Service & Account ManagementManage and develop client accounts for luxury residential properties, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to coordinate landscape maintenance and enhancement projects.

Provideexpert guidance on horticultural practices, plantselection, and sustainable landscape solutions.

Oversee quality assurance, ensuring all work meetsGachinasstandards and client expectations.

Build andmaintainstrong relationships with high-end clientele, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Identifyopportunities for upselling and account growth through proactive client engagement.

Resolve issues swiftly and professionally, maintainingGachinasreputation for excellence.

Occasionallow keylandscape design skillsrequiredOperational, Financial and Quality AccountabilityEnsure work meets quality, safety, and company standards.

Monitor productivity, job costs, and profitability within assigned accounts.

Manage extra billable work to ensuretimelycompletion andaccuratebilling.

Oversee crews to meet contract requirements and business goals.

QualificationsBachelors degree in horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape services or account management, preferably with highend residential clients.

Strong horticultural knowledge with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Bilingual(English/Spanish) preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft applications and related systems.

Strong leadership skills; organized, selfmotivated, and accountable.

Valid CA Drivers License, insurable by company standards.

Ability to passa backgroundscreening asrequired.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform landscape maintenance and irrigations tasks including but not limited to: Lift no more than 25lbs.,Fullrangeofmobilityinupperandlowerbodyincludingstooping,standing,bendingover,sitting,kneeling, and squatting for extended periods oftime.
