  • Support the Property Manager with day-to-day community operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Conduct apartment and community tours
  • Assist with leasing activities and apartment home rentals
  • Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident paperwork
  • Manage rent collections and delinquency follow-up
  • Assist with resident retention programs and community events
  • Support move-in, move-out, and eviction processes
  • Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals βœ… What We're Looking For
  • Previous apartment industry experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, or related role
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Dependable transportation
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Team player willing to assist with community projects as needed
