Resident On-Site Manager - Storage Facility. Needles, California We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Resident On-Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our storage facility located in Needles, California. Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the storage facility Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective customers Perform general property maintenance and upkeep Operate and maintain equipment and grounds Monitor security and cleanliness of the facility Handle rentals, payments, and tenant communication Assist with facility improvements and projects as needed Assist in maintaining monthly occupancy goals and continued growth

Requirements:

Previous tractor operating experience is required Maintenance and repair experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Basic computer and communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must be dependable, organized, and professional
