Commercial Portfolio Manager A well-established commercial real estate organization is experiencing significant growth throughout Southern California. They're seeking a relationship-focused Commercial Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties while partnering closely with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership groups. Conduct regular site visits and inspections across your assigned portfolio. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor services. Monitor property conditions and proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements. Review lease obligations and help ensure tenant compliance. Assist with budgeting, operating expenses, invoice approvals, and financial reporting. Partner with internal teams to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction. Respond to tenant requests promptly while delivering exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For 2 years of recent commercial property management experience is required. Exposure to retail commercial real estate is highly preferred. Comfortable traveling locally between properties within the portfolio throughout the week. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with property management software is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
