This role is vital in ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and regulatory compliance is upheld. The ideal candidate will bring energy, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining property value, fostering positive tenant relationships, and managing leasing activities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are safe, clean, and compliant with all regulations. Handle leasing processes from marketing vacancies to tenant screening, lease signing, and move-in procedures. Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Buildium, including data entry, filing, and contract management. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Rent Control, Landlord-tenant law, and other legal requirements. Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs and coordinate timely maintenance or repairs. Resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management strategies while upholding excellent customer service standards. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials; manage budgets accordingly. Develop strong relationships with tenants through excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management practices to promote retention and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with legal administrative teams to handle lease agreements, contracts, and legal notices as needed. Skills Proficiency in property management software such Buildium. Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, contracts, legal administrative experience, and real estate administrative processes. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities. Proven experience in property leasing, sales techniques, upselling amenities or services to tenants. Skilled in facilities management including property maintenance coordination and vendor negotiations. Ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining organized filing systems; experience with office administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping. Effective negotiation skills for lease agreements and conflict resolution; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong administrative experience combined with the ability to foster positive tenant relationships through excellent communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred....
