BLVD Residential, a professional property management company has a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Property Manager in the East Bay area.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

3-5 years' experience of regional property management experience or the equivalent related property management experience. Experience managing teams of 5-6 employees. Solid financial analysis, sales, marketing and customer service experience as it relates to property management. Understanding of budgets and financial statements and the ability to work within budgeted guidelines. CA Department of Real Estate License preferred. What You'll Do Ensure that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals. Provide leadership to the site staff Coordinate work activities of vendors, consultants and other contractors Promote client satisfaction and retention Review, analyze, and interpret market data. Develop the annual budget(s). Effectively communicate with clients, residents, vendors and peers Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company and owner's established standards. Complete various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis. Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.
