As we expand into Orange County & San Diego, we're hiring a Director of Property Management to lead the team and grow the portfolio. Position Overview The Director will oversee our Orange County & San Diego portfolio while driving new business with investor-clients seeking management and leasing services. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily operations, client acquisition, and portfolio growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the team — managers, supervisors, and leasing staff — across all managed properties. Respond to inbound investor inquiries and present tailored management solutions. Drive client acquisition using market knowledge and investor insight. Oversee rent collection, maintenance, tenant relations, and lease management. Ensure compliance with California landlord-tenant law and housing regulations. Direct marketing of vacant units minimizes vacancy and maximizes rental income. What We're Looking For Ambitious, results-driven candidates with leadership potential. Years of experience matter less than enthusiasm, judgment, and execution. Strong understanding of residential and multi-family property management operations. Proven ability to manage teams across multiple properties. Knowledge of California landlord-tenant law (plus). Valid California Real Estate License required.
