About Peninsula Land & Capital Peninsula Land & Capital, Inc. is a Bay Area commercial real estate investment and property management firm focused on office and industrial assets. We acquire, manage, and enhance properties through a fully integrated platform that includes in-house leasing, construction, and property management teams. About the Position We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Leasing Administrator to support our leasing operations across a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is heavily focused on lease administration, marketing coordination, and maintaining accurate leasing data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing contracts and LOIs, managing leasing documentation, and ensuring listings and marketing materials are consistently up to date. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate with urgency, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to your work. This is a fully onsite position based in Palo Alto. What You'll Do Leasing Administration & Contract Support Review and track LOIs, leases, and amendments for accuracy and completeness Maintain leasing reports and track all leasing activity, including lead status and next steps Update and manage leasing data, including rent schedules, availability, and key lease terms Coordinate execution of lease documents and track critical dates (commencements, expirations, options) Proactively track upcoming lease expirations and flag renewal opportunities Support legal and compliance-related leasing documentation Marketing & Listings Management Update and maintain the PLC website Cross-reference internal vacancy tracking (Google Sheets) to ensure all availabilities are listed Manage listings across platforms including LoopNet and Crexi Ensure each listing is accurate and includes current brochures and details Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to produce updated marketing materials including floorplans, photography, and property highlights Assist with brochure updates and ensure consistency across all marketing channels Leasing Marketing & Outreach Coordinate and execute email campaigns via Constant Contact. Formatting, scheduling, and distributing leasing email blasts to the brokerage community Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist for smaller spaces Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and route leads to appropriate team members Coordination & Team Support Work closely with property managers, leasing team, and marketing/design partners Coordinate with third-party vendors for marketing deliverables Support ongoing leasing initiatives and ensure timely execution of priorities Assist with special projects as needed About You You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and take ownership of your work. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and understand the importance of speed and accuracy in leasing operations. You bring a strong sense of urgency, communicate clearly, and approach your work with a positive, team-first attitude. What You Bring 0-5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, property management, or lease administration Experience reviewing contracts, LOIs, and leasing documents Familiarity with leasing platforms (LoopNet, Crexi, etc.) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation Base Salary Range:
$65,000 - $95,000 (Dependent on experience and qualifications) This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
