We are seeking an experienced Global Product Content Manager - Residential Energy Hardware , with a strong background in product marketing, to lead efforts for Tesla's residential energy solutions. This role will focus on driving product awareness, education, and demand for Powerwall, Tesla Solar Panel and Tesla Solar Roof. The Global Product Content Manager will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and execution for these products worldwide, emphasizing their role in energy independence, backup power during outages, cost savings through grid arbitrage, and integration with Tesla's ecosystem (vehicles, charging, app). You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, creative and regional teams to accelerate adoption and position Tesla as the leader in residential energy solutions. What You'll Do Manage product marketing content and creative roadmap - including collaborating with product team and regional leads on naming, value propositions, and global campaigns Create compelling content at scale including sales tools, installer material, learn articles, product videos and homeowner-facing assets that highlight benefits such as seamless home backup power, reduced energy bills, grid stabilization, and synergy with Tesla vehicles and broader ecosystem Develop and execute comprehensive global strategies to build awareness and generate demand for Powerwall and solar installations Lead cross-functional go-to-market launches, including product announcements, in-app experiences, campaign planning, content creation, demand gen communications, showroom retail experiences, and sales enablement materials Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities in key regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to provide insights for stakeholders, iterate on strategies and inform product roadmaps What You'll Bring Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in energy or consumer electronics Proven track record of launching hardware and/or software products globally with a strong understanding of energy markets, home storage solutions, and emerging technologies Excellent communication skills with experience crafting both technical and consumer messaging for diverse audiences (homeowners, installers) Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and ROI measurement Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a bias for action Passion for sustainable energy and Tesla's mission Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
