Compensation:
Starting at $25+/hour (minimum)

Previous property management experience is required.

No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesMarketing & Leasing:
Advertising vacancies, conducting showings, screening prospective residents (credit/background checks), and executing lease agreements.
Financial Management:
Preparing operational budgets, forecasting cash flow, collecting rent, and enforcing late-fee provisions.
Maintenance & Vendor Oversight:
Scheduling routine inspections, responding to emergency repair requests, and coordinating with licensed contractors to ensure market-ready units.
Tenant Relations:
Acting as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution to encourage lease renewals.
Legal Compliance:
Ensuring community policies adhere to California state and local fair housing regulations, and managing the eviction process if necessary.
Reporting:
Providing owners with regular statements regarding property performance, occupancy rates, and necessary capital improvements.
