Property Manager:

Customer-focused, Performance-driven We're looking for a friendly, confident, customer-focused professional to run the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility in Redding, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organized, and isn't afraid to confidently close a sale. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and driving results, this role offers the opportunity to run your own location with real ownership and autonomy. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the primary on-site leader responsible for both customer experience and property performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Helping customers choose the right storage solution and closing rentals Following up on leads and maintaining strong occupancy Delivering exceptional customer service Processing payments and managing accounts Maintaining a clean, secure, well-run facility Enforcing policies with confidence and professionalism Tracking performance and managing records using property management software This role blends customer service, sales, and operations!
