This position requires the applicant to reside

ON - SITE

of the 30-unit complex and have open availability to the property. We are looking for an individual with a long-term history not only in property management but in job duration as well. Everyday tasks consist of; cleaning the pool area, always maintaining trash-free appearance of the property, and maintaining the parking lot free of oil stains. Tasks within the office include but are not limited to; taking/making phone calls, maintaining guest cards with potential tenants, collect/ deposit rents, maintaining electronic and paper files, serving and posting notices, scheduling and maintaining appointments and coordinating with vendors. This position also requires the availability of Emergency calls. Part time position (50 hours per month)
