Self Storage Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Competitive Hourly Pay Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Bilingual Self Storage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self-storage facility in Reedley. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess general computer skills, and be comfortable working independently while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position working approximately three days per week. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective tenants.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in both English and Spanish.
  • Rent storage units and explain rental agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Process payments, maintain tenant records, and manage accounts using company software.
  • Perform facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and proper operation.
  • Conduct lock checks, unit audits, and report maintenance issues.
  • Follow up on leads and assist with marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Enforce facility rules and company policies. Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • General computer proficiency, including email, internet browsing, Microsoft Office, and data entry.
  • Ability to learn property management and self-storage software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Previous customer service, retail, sales, or self-storage experience is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits
