Oversee daily operations of the apartment community to ensure resident satisfaction. Manage leasing processes, including tenant screening and lease agreements. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure property upkeep and cleanliness. Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets effectively. Develop and implement community engagement activities and events. Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Supervise and train on-site staff to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of leasing laws and property regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional demeanor and a commitment to customer service excellence.
