Job Summary Security Public Storage is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Relief Manager. This position assists with the operation and leasing activities of multiple self-storage facilities throughout the East Bay and North Bay.

- 4:00 PM This position may provide coverage at locations including, but not limited to: San Pablo, Richmond, Pinole, Martinez, Pittsburg, Vallejo, Napa, Walnut Creek, and Fairfield. Compensation & Benefits $20.00 per hour $10.00 commission for every storage unit rented on days you work independently Estimated additional earnings of $1.00

00 per hour Employee discount on storage units Opportunities for career advancement Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid holidays 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% of eligible wages after one year of employment Paid Holidays Employees receive paid time off for the following holidays: New Year's Day Easter Memorial Day Independence Day (July 4th) Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Essential Duties Oversee day-to-day facility operations Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally addressing customer questions and resolving concerns Effectively sell storage units to prospective customers through phone, walk-in, and email inquiries using established sales processes and Call Flow Guidelines Prepare leases and related documentation accurately and efficiently Reduce delinquent accounts through phone, text, and email follow-up Maintain exceptional curb appeal throughout the property, including cleaning hallways, sweeping units, and removing debris Travel to various locations as business needs require Qualifications Sales experience or a strong sales mindset Passion for working with and assisting customers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office Previous property management experience is a plus Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required Commission figures and estimated earnings are provided for illustrative purposes only.
