$20-$26 per hour, DOE Role Summary Watt Property Management Inc. is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager to support leasing operations, resident relations, and daily property management functions across our Sacramento and Roseville communities. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key support for current residents. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high occupancy, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding the reputation of each property. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Community Engagement Welcome prospective residents, provide informative tours, and highlight the unique advantages of each community Communicate leasing terms, availability, and community policies clearly and professionally Follow up leads to support occupancy goals and maintain strong leasing momentum Prepare and process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move‑in documentation Resident Support Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for resident questions and concerns Assist with service requests by coordinating with maintenance staff Support renewal efforts and resident retention initiatives to maintain a stable community Property Presentation & Operations Ensure the leasing office, common areas, and model units reflect the quality and cleanliness of the property Assist with marketing efforts, including updating online listings and participating in outreach Conduct unit inspections, assist with move‑ins/move‑outs, and maintain accurate records in property management software Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Professional appearance and ability to represent the property with confidence Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Weekend availability as needed Preferred Skills Experience with property management software (AppFolio) Strong follow‑up habits and attention to detail Comfort with digital tools and online leasing platforms Experience in multi‑family housing operations Compensation & Benefits $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience Health insurance 401(k) Opportunities for advancement within Watt Property Management Inc. setting!
