Job Description
Full-Time | Onsite Housing Provided We are seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential affordable housing community. The ideal candidate will have strong property management and leadership experience, along with direct experience administering LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) housing programs. This leadership role is responsible for property administration, compliance, occupancy management, resident relations, team supervision, and overall community performance. This position requires the selected candidate to live onsite as a condition of employment. 3-Bedroom Unit Provided Maximum occupancy: 7 people Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum two (2) years of property management experience Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience Direct experience with LIHTC compliance, certifications, and recertifications Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience providing exceptional customer service Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Ability to live onsite as a condition of employment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Preferred Qualifications Additional affordable housing experience, including HUD or other housing assistance programs Experience with Yardi or similar property management software Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), or equivalent certification Bilingual English/Spanish Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for consideration.
