- 30%) Responsible for: Acquisition sourcing, underwriting, deal structuring/development, and asset management.

Company is looking for a highly motivated and talented Acquisitions/Asset Management Professional to source, underwrite, and provide asset management for a specific class of assets. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying key markets, proactively sourcing opportunities and closing deals, as well as working effectively with different stakeholders. The company is looking for someone that is passionate about real estate and is hungry to do what it takes to close deals, manage them, and scale the division. The principal is highly involved in the business and will pass leads on a regular basis to this position. This position will also be expected to source deals individually once established.Who you are:
You are a hardworking and dedicated individual who is well-versed in multi-family, commercial, mobile home park, RV park, or office building acquisitions and passionate about how buildings serve the community at large. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are knowledgeable in all facets of acquisitions, including financial analysis, underwriting, operating budget analysis, location and submarket research, due diligence review, debt structuring, and contract negotiations. You are looking to take that next step in your career and step out into a leadership role at a fast-paced and well-respected company where you can continue building and developing a portfolio of properties that represents the company's social impact goals.Responsibilities:
Lead development and acquisition on all aspects of sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, and investment process on prospective acquisition opportunities. Focus will be on sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, debt structuring, and asset management in AZ, CA, FL, IN, OH, NV, and TX markets. Oversee and coordinate with all external resources including brokers, attorneys, engineers, construction teams, architects, and other 3rd party consultants Work with lenders, equity partners, public officials, and other stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with both internal and external project management teams to ensure budgets and schedules are met. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance the property portfolio and to mitigate risk. Create and manage processes for real portfolio's statistics/data, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Lead transition from acquisition to property management. Lead company expansion efforts into new and existing US markets. Explore opportunities for entry into potential new asset classes.Qualifications:
3- 5 years of real estate acquisition/development experience.
