The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management practices. Responsibilities Assist prospective tenants with inquiries regarding available properties and the leasing process. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about amenities, lease terms, and community features. Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and other related documentation through effective data entry practices. Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while adhering to company guidelines. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained. Utilize Yardi or similar property management software to track leasing activities and manage tenant relationships effectively. Provide exceptional customer relationship management to foster positive interactions with current and prospective tenants. Skills Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation. Proficient in negotiating lease agreements and resolving tenant issues effectively. Familiarity with property maintenance processes and the ability to coordinate repairs as necessary. Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Ability to perform accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
