On-Site Property Manager

The On-Site Resident Manager is a key member of our team and will live onsite at our 40-unit apartment community. The primary focus of this role is to maintain property standards and respond to after-hour emergencies. Responsibilities:

Reside onsite as part of your role. Respond to after-hour emergencies promptly. Document and report incidents accurately. Foster a positive and safe community environment.

Qualifications:

California Real Estate License. 4-year college degree preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of facilities management. Proficiency in property management software, particularly AppFolio. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address tenant concerns effectively. Sales experience with a focus on leasing. Strong organizational skills for effective data entry and file management. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of property management while fostering positive relationships with tenants.
